dedicated to the pursuit of the arts in Woodstock
The Visionary Art Center cultivates visionary art by providing a forum for artists to discuss and exhibit new work
and develop
artistic expression that moves and reshapes established boundaries.
The Visionary Art Collective is made up of artists from all
levels and is open to everyone
including international artists. The collective strives to develop, secure and honor the role of the
artist within the community and embraces
all forms of art including film, video and digital work.
The collective occupies a 1,000 square foot space adjoining the VARGA Gallery
and includes
a private outdoor courtyard, multiple studios for classes and workshops,
exhibition space and a
rehearsal space
for musicians in
an expansive new hotspot for social gatherings in a venue with full amenities.
Events include parties, workshops, artist salons, and networking occasions.
Exhibiting membership is $25 a month.
Woodstock residency is not required and international members are welcome.
